The Council's health department runs 2 primary health care clinics in Gaza High Density and in Town. These clinics help pregnant woman by training them through workshops on issues like safe motherhood, STIs, HIV and AIDS aiming at reducing maternal deaths.

With the assistance of various development partners, CTC has launched various projects such as waste management systems , Biogas and recycling for the main purpose of keeping the environment clean and creating employment to the community
